When you buy a used vehicle within sixty days from the authentic signature on the act of sale must record the transfer of ownership to the provincial office of ACI - Public Car Register (PRA), which will issue the certificate of ownership (COP) updated car vin check and require updating of the registration certificate to the provincial office of Motor Vehicles (UMC).
