Because of the public interest in the allegations in some media that the entertainer J. K. Belgrade participated in a collision, driving a car (sedan) Mercedes ML 320 CDI German license plate and how and in which way is regulated check mot history manage foreign citizens of Serbia vehicle on the roads in our country, the Union of Serbian police
If such person is employed in a foreign country in which he is one of the residence, he must possess the appropriate evidence (certified photo-copy workbooks confirmation of the company where he is employed on that fact); If such a person is entitled to pension and disability insurance in the foreign country where he has one of the residence, he must hold appropriate evidence (the Competent Authority of the realization of the right to a pension, the statement of payment of income tax, to report on the arrival of pensions, health booklet as proof of the realization of health check mot history care in this country); If such a person is entitled to pension and disability check mot history insurance in the Republic of Serbia and the center of life and business activities he was in a foreign country where there is one of the residence he must hold appropriate evidence (on payment of overhead costs for a dwelling in which he lives, on payment property tax, health insurance card as proof of the realization of health care in this country); If such a person uses a vehicle owned by a foreign company, it must have appropriate employment contract entered into with that company, which provides that it may use a vehicle of the company. Please note that the owners of the company, and are not employed in the company, I can not manage these vehicles unless they meet certain other specified conditions; If such person is studying or attending school in the country where there is one of the residence check mot history it must have appropriate evidence (index / report card and a certificate of school institution for the current academic year).
Notwithstanding the above rules, vehicles registered abroad check mot history can manage and immediate family members (spouse, children, adopted children, parents, and adoptive parents) check mot history persons who meet any of these conditions.
This applies also to persons who have only resided in the Republic of Serbia, with not even a temporary residence or work permit in a foreign country, and that the employment contract used by the vehicle of a foreign entity that perform these tasks while in the contract must indicate the use of such vehicles.
If a citizen residing in the Republic of Serbia (drivers of foreign vehicles) has some of the above evidence, considered to be the center of his life and business activities in the Republic check mot history of Serbia, which gives it the right to operate a vehicle with foreign registration plates. The documentation to be presented to drivers of foreign vehicles in one of the above conditions will be considered as a group of facts which can be established with certainty that the person living center and business check mot history activities outside the Republic of Serbia.
