A man in my car who held while it was still moving. I was trying to stop, when the man two other cars, trying to avoid the door in my car in fast running! I like a man must be stopped. I asked him if he was ok - he asked me to take him to hospital. It is a new hi-jack method ?? No hell, I said, no! Quite clearly, he can walk, so I said, get me to the petrol station (on 50m) We waited there for the ambulance that I called to come ... for 45minute! Non Metro or someone vd SAPS EVER not arrived.
The ambulance took him away to hospital ... but they take away him, ask the paramedic will I please give him taxi fare! Yes, I was angry and I still think they should pass ... but anyway, I then gave the man R20 because he had nothing to him, and that the hospital according to the paramedic almost 40km away? That can now surely as a bribe looks ... I think even AFTER the time! Oh man can be so stupid how to check a vin number in a difficult situation where you just want to help!
But that brings me to my last point ... I will report the matter to by my neighbor SAPS office. Wearing the "Accident Report" fill in there out of the blue told me "NO !! This must be a reckless and negligent docket! "I said no, it was an accident ..." No, bring dat docket! We are opening a Reck and neg case !! "Thank you f * cken yet I was not born yesterday, and know the law, at least a little bit ... and with the help of two other police officers (who for so 5sec also nice but was confused) said no it's an "accident report!
Long story short ... WTF? Who can you trust these days if such a thing happen? No one helped me when the man in my car who held it! (They are not really resent it - one can today already no longer help others not) No one offered to help when I stand at the petrol station how to check a vin number ... and oh my, I pray they can stare !! He had to R2, 50 pay for the accident report form. But when was the lady who does not get it in the form of money. He had to drive to the next town the 13 km, R2, 50 pay and report the accident. When was the lady who wrote the receipt (other than the recipient) how to check a vin number is not there. Three days later he had immediately to town for his R2, 50 kwi4kentansie fetching. how to check a vin number
Yes it was, my oldest son was hit by a bike down, the form was filled in no one was hurt seriously. But its legs are broke. He barely had a pulse or heartbeat. When he came to the hospital to say that my son is Dr brain death and when he was under the x ray machine come to burst its organs within him. Da no pictures taken or measurements taken of the accident toeneel not. But da was just an entry made in a book when I say I'm going to newspapers when they spark. The incompetance is really awful.
In any case, the Press. Such disqualification should be hanging out for all to see. To be black MAKES NO ONE ABLE TO NOT DO A JOB AT. It's time for the world that South Africa through sanctions, boycotte and shit made the nest of corruption and fraud, to see what they did.
